WellBridge Fort Worth provides outpatient treatment programs for adults and seniors in addition to its inpatient hospital facility. Whether you're transitioning from inpatient hospitalization, or just starting treatment for the first time, our team will work with you to develop a plan of care customized to your individual needs.
Our outpatient mental health treatment programs offer several pathways to help you build healthy coping skills, identify triggers and replacement behaviors, and achieve a higher quality of life. Treatment plans include one of two programs:
For people who need to maintain a work, home, or school schedule, our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers comprehensive outpatient services in a day or evening format. Typically, this program lasts two to four weeks and meets five to six days a week. You’ll participate in several sessions each day, including individual, group, and family therapy. You’ll also have opportunities to enjoy our beautiful grounds and take part in holistic and recreational activities.
Your treatment plan may include our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), which meets three to five days a week for a minimum of nine hours per week. This program offers group and family therapy, as well as medication management, skill development, and long-term recovery planning. Before you complete the program, we’ll make sure that any ongoing treatment you need is aligned with your aftercare provider.
Some of the discussion areas for outpatient mental health treatment include triggers and warning signs, self-identity and self-esteem, coping skills, relapse stages and prevention, and understanding emotions and moods.
